Yamaha Golf Cart Slowed, Stopped and Now Won’t Go At All

I have a Yamaha electric golf cart that doesn’t get used much as it used to take ya to and down the beach during the summer. Last week as we were driving I got it slowed to a snails pace and then stopped and now won't go at all. The batteries are fully charged and I am lousy at troubleshooting. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

Does the golf cart do anything when the key is on and you press the throttle? Does the solenoid click? Have you checked the battery pack voltage resting and when the throttle is pressed?
