Yamaha Electric Golf Cart New Batteries Short Run Time

Hello, I just bought a Yamaha electric golf cart from someone and I am not for sure what model it is right now. He said 1997 but the manuals I pull up don’t look like the way the batteries are in this golf cart. The golf cart has been painted and I can’t find any numbers. I have new batteries in the golf cart but the golf cart only goes a few yards and has very short run time. I noticed today the solenoid was not attached to anything. I need to know where I need to put it. Everything seems hooked up right but I just can’t get it to charge the batteries and they have plenty volts. I think he wired something wrong somehow

Look under the back golf cart at the metal cross member in front of the rear bumper. The serial number should be stamped in the cross member. Post the serial number so we can tell what year the golf cart is.
