Gas Coming Out of Hose

Hello everyone!

New here. First post. I inherited an almost new gas golf cart and have ridden it barely 10 miles.
I parked it in garage tonight and noticed overwhelming gas smell. I traced the gas to coming out of hose underneath engine on passenger side.
It ONLY leaks out when I press gas pedal. I’ve attached video and pic. Any idea what could be causing this and how to fix?

If you zoom in, it’s the clear plastic hose beside the silver metal round thing. In case you couldn’t tell, I’m not very technical.

So it is a Yamaha gas cart, where is the fuel leaking ? The small hose is the carburetor over flow or bowl vent hose. If it is leaking there you have to clean out fuel bowl and needle and seat or float full of fuel and needs replaced . If it is the clear line going into the carb, remove it and cut the end off and reattach it to carb, install a clamp

Thank you sir! I’m sorry for the lack of reply. I thought I would get a notification when someone replied but apparently not.
It is the clear line to the right of silver circle. I am zooming in on it in this pic.
