Hey All,

Just joined, thanks for having me!

Got a pair of Carryall II's from a buddy of mine, ones a 90 and the one I started working on is a 98. So far, replaced all the bushings, brakes, brake cables, and other matenence it hadn't seen in forever. Did a 6 inch Arm Arm lift, 10 inch wheels with 20.5 inch tires. Have a buddy who's gonna fill prep, and repaint the cowl here soon. (Some trim not installed in pictures) Anyone have any recomendation for finding the REAR roof support? It looks like it's the opposite of the front with out the cowl bolts, but I for the life of me can not find a single part number for it.

Picture is a before an after of the last 2 1/2 weeks with the 98 :) Sofar.jpg

Hope to get to stick around and chat with you all!
Best wishes,
Jim

Yeah, eventually , sadly had two differenct used parts sellers here in Jax flake out when I went to go buy stuff they listed.. sorta silly.. Eventually :p The rear support being fabbed shouldn't be too hard.

Lil project update.. Slowly coming along, sourced the roof parts from a wrecked cart I bought for parts, which also had a great condition cowl... that's still off being painted... Added a new steering wheel, redid the seats with new staple on vinyl, and a few other little maintenance things..

Rear seat set up will eventually be matched to the fronts.

Well, We've come a long way, Still waiting on the second cowl to be painted, it'll match the Orcale Burgundy Strip on the side. Put a TopSail Roof on it (Keeping the burgundy trend even used burgundy paracord versus the black it came with LOL) . Turned the factory roof bracket around and cautiously bent the mounts to proper level. Still a little lazy on pulling the brand new gray vinyl off the rears to install the matching covers like the front.. Also added a Jakes Winch Bumper! Lots and lots of little things!
