04 Club Car Precedent Controller

I am new to the forum and new to carts but I recently purchased 04 club car precedent and I am looking to speed it up a little. I found a few controllers on ebay and was wondering if anyone had any experience with them and what if anything in addition to the controller would boost the speed a little?

those will not work on an I/Q cart like a 04 president.
how fast is your cart now & what are you looking for?

thanks for the reply. I am not sure what the current speed is I have not clocked it yet, I have only had it 2 days. I would guess it is around 15-18mph now. I know there are 4 settings on the current controller but I am not sure where it is set. I would like to be around 25 if possible. Also I was wondering if increasing the speed would decrease the run time of the cart? any info I could get would be great, I am looking for the cheapest and easiest way to give it a little boost.
