Vanguard Oil Change

I just put my brand new Vanguard 23 HP in my Club Car and filled her up with oil. Checked oil and noticed it may have been a bit overfilled so drained some out. Once I did this I noticed a bright, almost neon green fluid that came out with the oil. Is this something normal from the factory or should I be worried? Thanks

No, I was checking before I started it up for the first time. Just cured the header. About to see if it’s gonna shift due to the belt being incredibly loose. I did some googling and figured it was something from factory and decided to start her up. Thanks for the response

Man it’s actually running alright. I have some work to do with the header sitting so close to the belt. I can tell the belt is a little off, not sure what I can do about it right now. Belt is loose and seems to hug one side of the primary clutch a bit. Need to work on the throttle but it’s up and running and it’s got some torque
