Sudden Loss of Throttle

Hello

I have an issues with my 2019 electric Yamaha where it loses power suddenly and randomly during a drive (batteries are fully charged) This either doesn’t happen at all or it’s an issue 15 times during a 5 min drive.

My foot is on the gas pedal and all of a sudden the cart stops moving as if I removed my foot. Once I press the pedal again, it continues to drive. This repeats randomly.

Do you think I have a bad throttle sensor?

Taking the floor apart, I see that the sensor is right at the gas pedal and it seems to be the only thing that would be causing this issue.

Any ideas are greatly appreciated!!

I would check the voltage going from the large post on solenoid to B+ to controller. You may have bad contacts inside solenoid. Voltage should stay close to pack voltage. You also could have worn brushes inside motor, speed sensor erratic or bad connection at plug.
