Lift & Tires...what size???

Hi, I have a 2000 EZ-GO, non pds cart that I'm fixing up. A buddy gave me set of 23-10-10 tires and wheels, and I'm needing to know if a 4" lift will get me high enough to run the 23's with no problems or if I need to go 5".

I'd go with the 5" lift. They will more than likely rub with a 4"
