2016 Yamaha Drive/G29 48V - Tube Connected to Back Axle

Hi everyone this a first for me but I have a 2016 Yamaha Drive/G29 48V golf cart that I am customizing and I noticed that the tube connected to the axle on the back left side of the cart is disconnected and just hanging there. Now for the life of me I can not figure out where that is supposed to be connected too. I'm sure it's something dumb and I am just have been staring at this thing for too long.

Any help I would appreciate.

That's the vent for the rear end. I'd loop it upward and zip tie it to the axle tube so it is the end is just below the tube.
