Dr2E19 USB Ports Not Working

I just bought a 2019 Yamaha cart, it has what I believe are OEM usb ports (1on each driver & passenger sides). Neither of them are putting out power. Seems like it should be a fuse or bad connection somewhere, but I can’t find it. I found a couple of fuses coming off of the voltage reducer, they are both fine. One is for lights, I have to assume the other is for the ports? Only other accessory is the horn.

Any pointers on what to check would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Pop off the top of dash and make sure voltage reducer that the usb ports plug into is hooked up and has power. If it does not it is bad. Get one from Yamaha.

Is that this block mounted to the frame?

I have the same cart bought two weeks ago and I have the same problem. Did you get it corrected and if so what was it?

I haven’t yet. All signs point to the converter behind the dash being shot. I’m going to work on it this winter and replace with different ports.
