Can You Return a ISG controller, if it is not the fix?

Most dealers will not accept returns of any electronic parts period, that is why you diagnose the problem then replace parts.

Well finally after some research I turn ignition turn on I pulled the 10amp fuse out then put it back in now it's good to go, whodathunkit.
