YOu turn the key and......nothing

Well, I've had this e-zgo workhorse for about 5 years and had been stored for most of it's life. About a year ago I got it out of storage and began to use it again and It ran fine. That was until the battery was stolen out of it. I replaced the battery and now it doesn't work. I'm not sure what else was messed with. I looked in the engine cavity and followed wires looking for anything that could be missing but found nothing. Anyway, when I put the key in the ignition nothing happens. normally even if it wont start, the oil light and gas gauge would move but they don't. The lights come on and the bed raises though.....I'm just lost. It's like the power is getting everywhere but to the motor for start up. Please, if you have any ideas, let me know. Thanks!!

there should be a fuse in the line, i would check that first.
 
Ok, I checked the fuses and the gas peddle trigger. Both seem to be functioning properly. So with those two things in the check I'm again stumped.... The engine isn't even attempting to turn over. All battery cables are bolted in.
 
jump the two large post on the stater solenoid and see if the starter turns, if it does the solenoid is most likely bad, is there 12v to the pedal switch from the key
