Hi guys hope you can help.
I have a 96 Yamaha golf cart that when you go to leave it idles and after about 15 seconds before taking off. I have heard everything from its a belt to the throttle cable is stretched. Im just a golfer and dont know much about carts and any help would be appreciated.
