Yamaha Golf Cart 400EX Engine Conversion

I've got a Yamaha golf cart and am not sure what it is... anyone help me out? I know it's around a G16. I'm completely making a custom cart with a 400EX engine conversion, should be ok for me. I'll post some pictures as soon as i figure that out within the hour.

Those are 2 pair HID's and a kawasaki really old 250 (i used it only because of the drive shaft... I have new rear axel and rear a arms... soooo step 2 is complete disassembly and custom fiberglass bodywork... step 3 is motor incorporated with that, Like I said a 400EX, and then we'll do some finishing touches later... This project might take me a while but we'll see.My Cart Photo's
