Yamaha G2 Flooding

My Yamaha G2 is flooding, so bad that it is putting gas into the air filter housing. I have replaced the carb and it still does the same thing. I took the original carburetor apart and cleaned it And blew air into the fuel inlet and the seat seems to be sealing. What should I do next?
 
Std fuel pump or does it have an electric? Does it run? Valve adjustment set? Possible muffler restricted.
 
It has the regular fuel pump. It does run but quickly floods. Today I pulled the air filter hose off and tried it and it ran like new. I quickly shut it off because I have to change the oil as it appears to have gas in it from all the flooding
