Yamaha G16 Steering Wheel

Hi all,

First time cart owner here. I bought a 1999 Yamaha G16 and started to swap out the steering wheel from stock to a custom one and ran into an issue (pic attached). I purchased a new wheel and adapter, only to find this odd bolt on the steering column. Any ideas? FYI, I had to cut off the old steering wheel with a sawzall.

This no problem, if you have a puller is will come right off. Or a air chisel gun will zip it off in seconds.
