Yamaha G14 Golf Cart Quit Running and Won't Start

My kids were riding the Yamaha G14 and the golf cart just quit running and won't start. Gas pedal clicks when pushed. Battery reads 12.8 volts. Changed solenoid. Still Nothing.

I found one in line fuse. It has 12 volts all the time. One end goes into the harness and the other end is not plugged into anything. Could this be for headlights ? This cart doesn't have any.

I have 12.4 volts to the small terminals on the solenoid. Can I unplug the pedal switch or do I need to jump it out?

If you have 12.4 volts going to the starter /generator when you push the pedal then the starter/ generator is probably burnt.

I have 12.8 volts to the solenoid big post from the battery. I also have 12.4 volts to both small terminals. The other big post has nothing. When i jump both big terminals the engine turns over but wont start. Solenoid is new.

Question -- Is there a fuse somewhere that I'm missing ? I looked behind the dash but cant see one .
I have one fuse that is hot but not plugged into anything . I think it might be for headlights but not sure.

when i jump the two big terminals on the solenoid the motor turns over but doesnt start. Does this mean the starter is ok ?

sounds like the starter is fine, is the solenoid clicking or just the switch on the pedal? run a jump wire from the battery to the small post on the solenoid that the pedal switch wire is mounted to. if it starts and runs you will know that the problem is not the starter or solenoid and must be in the key switch, pedal switch or a fuse, i'm not a Yamaha guy so i can't help with the fuse deal.
