This cart sometime want move in R you can tell it is trying to go but trips controller now it has started doing it in F sometime not sure of the model but think it is a pds cart it has F-R on the dash when uyou reset the controller it will go has 49 chevy custom body not sure where to find model no. thanks for anyones info. maybe take the solenoids off and clean the contacts?!?!

yea im not real sure man if its a G1 i just sprayed the crap out of the solenoid with contact cleaner of course mine was getting stuck.... it didnt run for 2 days but the next day it ran like a top.... no further problems *knock on wood*

The sol. is pulling in and cart trys to run but it trips out the controller but thanks for youre help ill try theses thinging got to go look at it tommorow but thinking its a controller problem . Thanks again tiger

Well still not sure tiger checked over a few thing s and always came back to that controller so i just told him to take it to a cart shop here where i live to be a 100% thats what it is im just learning on these thing first 48 volt yahama ive worked with but if i find out ill post the problem thanks again for ur help

Dis-connect motor and try again if it doesn't trip controller maybe short in motor.check for cotinuity between motor studs and motor housing.
