I have a Yamaha 2000 electric that has been running fine. I drove it up to my workshop area, went inside to get the Lestronic II charger I have been working on, came back out and plugged it into the cart to run my tests on the charger. I determined some connections in the charger were bad and unplugged from the cart. I verified voltage in the cart charger port at 38volts before and after removing the charger. I went to move the cart and it was dead in the water, no solenoid click, no reverse buzzer, no nothing. I was going to test the solenoid thinking maybe I screwed something up with the charger somehow, but the bolts on the solenoid were so rusty I couldn't get a good connection. I PB blasted them, waited and proceeded to break the bolts off, as usual. I ran and picked up a new solenoid, installed and still have the same problem. No click, no reverse buzz, dead in the water. Since the solenoid is brand new and all the battery cables are clean and have good connections, I have eliminated those two possibilities. I am assuming it is a power issue. No obvious loose or broken wires anywhere that I can tell. Tried tracing the patch of the cables but I lose them in the controler and I am not aware of any obvious fuses anywhere in the system. Any suggests?
