its a K&N universal filter u can lookup on www.knfilters.com the part number is R-1080 and it has the the precharger on it so keep it cleaner longer.....my jet is drilled out to .046 and i have rons super custom modded muffler with the gov completely bypassed GPS'd at 32MPH.....aand i can carry an adult siezed pasenger and some cargo in the bed up any hill...i have not ran out of torque yet...its slow going on the big hills but if i have traction theres no doubt im goin up it....

The paint job and color does look good for sure. :D What kind of paint did you use? Did you paint the seats or get them recovered?

i did all the prep and paint myself...here is what u used...regular bondo filler. i used rustoleum plastic primer and just regular rustoleum paint with a rustoleum crystal clear enamel clear coat then buffed and polished it to a shine.....it is holding up REALLY well and abosolutely no chips, runs, cracks or flakes....and BTW i painted my seats with that duplicolor vinyl upholstery paint and it is awful....lasted a few weeks of normal use and its all chipping and flaking to hell...i strongly recomend you to just recover your seats if you want them a different color...the pant is garbage...

Thanks for the info Gary. I use Rust-Oleum on everything around here. Definitely good paint and sticks well to just about anything. I never tried it on a cart body but after seeing yours I think I'll give it a try on my next project cart...

i found it was extremely hard to keep the clear coat from running without that gun attatchment...i wouldnt even think about tackleing a cart with these rattle cans without a gun handle...100% improvement on the results because you dont have a fan tip on them cans...the paint and primer especially are much easier to work with because the are so thick it would be incredibly hard to make them run...but that clear will run like water if your not careful...just make sure you wetsand with like 600 or 800 grit sandpaper after every coat once u get good coverage of a new color...

I was thinking about painting my cart and after seeing how nice yours turned out I think I will use the same paint as you. Thanks for all the information on what you used. Is the filler you used for plastic? I've see there is so many different fillers and I'm not sure which kind I need.
