On top of my Yamaha charger it says that when you first plug up the charger the lights will blink for a few seconds before the charger starts. When I plugged it up, the lights blinked real dim then went off and never came back on. It has not been charged for a few months. I had to change one of the battery cables and put water in a couple of batteries.What is wrong.
