HI' I gave a copy of the club car 1995 electric diagram to a gent at work. His dad gave his son a 95 club car as he purchased a new one.the selonoid was not in the cart when he picked it up. he bought one from buggies unl. and needed to know how to hook it up. hence the copy. Now the problem there were no batteries and the wiring was not complete they are having problems with no# 24,22,21,20,15,16,17,14,23 the back up buzzer is missing and the cables on the back of the FnR the key switch is not hooked up no wires what color are the wires and we cannot see the back of the FnR switch to see how there hooked up. I copied a 81 to 83.5 c/c diagram from the resource center for the FnR not sure about it. I have not looked at his cart yet as i am trying to figure my new to me cart out . but i will probaly look at it this weekend as he do'es have heat in the pole barn and his son wants to help work on it. from what i understand the cables are there from the resistors to the v-glide the motor has the cables on it the FnR has 2 cables on it that are not hooked to anything the charger plug has the cable to the fuse on it. this cart was one the granddad had at the campground for a while and was picked over for some parts no trade in value so he gave it to the grandson. The cart ran when parked the batteries were put in the newer cart as well as the heavy duty cables. the only other snag or bonus is the cart has a 36 to 12 volt reducer on it fot the factory head and tail lights and horn not sure if it has brake lights yet,but again cannot find a diagram for them either. I thank you for your time and pataince as i dont know where else to look for the newer cart stuff. thanks again old cart fart.

hi' yes i have the right diagram. from what he has told me (as i have not looked at the cart yet
) the FnR switch has no cables or wires hooked to it anymore. the motor has the 4 cables attached, the resistor cables are hooked up to the v- glide there is 1 cable and wire on the charger plug in.the key switch wires are not hooked up or might have been chewed on by animals. the diagram i have do'es not show the back of the F n R switch very well and we want to make sure we have the selenoid hooked up correctly. from what i was told his son has removed most of the cables and wires that have been damaged (chewed on) and new ones have been purchased just starting from scracth as to where they go. what i need is a good pic or diagram that shows the back of the F n R switch so i know what cables go on what lugs on it and what wires go to the selenoid / keyswitch---- wires on the charger plug and since there is no backup buzzer what do you with the wire from the v-glide? none of the diagrams i have found are color coded so i am not sure what the stock colors are for the wiring on this cart. but i do know they had to of had one at some time. thank you for the reponse and any help or advice you can give on this. i am just trying to help them out.

HI' thought I would let you all know what I found. I went over to help try and figure out the wiring on the cart. the 13 old was an eager helper he removed all the wires cleaned all the connections . tore the FnR switch apart cleaned it put it back together . there is no body on the cart makes it easy to work on. The young man did not make a copy or take a photo or mark anything as to were any wires go. so i have spent 3 weekends with his help wiring the V-glide resistor coils and the motor. still stuck on what wires go were on the FnR and what wires are connected to the solenoid. One thing i was wondering is there suppose to be a limit or micro-switch on the FnR there was not one on and some diagrams we have looked at have them and some dont. this as been a learning exp. for us and we hope to have this done for spring as he is custom spray canning a paint job etc. thanks for any help o.c.f.

Hi' all I thought I would let you in on the progress report. It is alive runs moves and stops. I also got a new dress up body for the young man. i'll get pics up when it is done. I was able to get a 57 chevy body for him . I am also able to aquire more for sale the price is 1200. for the front and back sections, limo boxes and tops are available for extra cost of course. I can also get a little off the price if four or more are bought at one time. ALSO coming in the near future are a 50's style mercury. ford bronco, and not to forget the chevy guy a 50's style corvette. I dont have a price on these bodies yet but i will when they have been worked out in the production costs. these are for club cars and they may be some done for EZ-GO if there is interest in them. I have worked out a deal with the manufacture of these bodies. to sell them for the company. I dont have a shipping cost as of yet. as i'm trying to work with a shipping company as they are just getting started in this line of golf cart bodies. the company has been making ford roadster and coupe bodies from the 1929 to 1930's for years. THANKS to all for the help. it is apprecaited. O.C.F.
