just bought an 02 yamaha cart last night. ihave a 99 ezgo work horse 800 i use my cart for shooting sporting clays, the ezgo i have used for the last 2 years with no problems i built a basket for the front an a seat bolts up in the bed for hauling extra people with gun racks installed. the yamaha i bought last night has gun racks an a factory seat on the rear has a jakes lift kit an 22-11-10 tires an wheels but it is a single cylinder motor can i expect this to run an pull as good as my work horse. is it easier to maintain, will it run on ethanol gas. i'm just asking for advice because i can only keep one. the yamaha was a bargain thats the reason for buying.

Your Yamaha, despite having only one cylinder, has a stronger motor with bigger displacement. If you have to keep just one, keep the Yamaha. It is cheaper to maintain. You only need one spark plug, to start with.

Thanks guys for your opinions I didn't have a clue to which one was better. I know thanks to you guys the ezgo has been very easy to maintain. So looks like the yamaha will go, but i think iwill take to the range saturday an at least try it out.
