Where do we post at on here?

It depends on what you're posting. Click on the forum that you want to post in then click the post new thread button near the upper right corner of the screen.
If replying to a thread use the quick reply box at the bottom of each thread.

I'm a newbie trying to create a new post. What does the "new thread button" look like? I don't see any buttons in upper right corner of the screen. Could I be in the wrong place?

First on the main forum page click on the category you want to post your thread in. Once you're in the category you'll see all the titles to threads and near the upper right of the screen you'll see the blue post new thread button. Click that and you can make a new thread.
