My cart has 12" low profile tires(235/30-12). I have no idea if the 12" wheels are offset. Is there a way to tell by measuring to the center. The wheels are really nice and I would hate to be unable to use them. According to Jakes, my 6" lift kit recommends 10" rims w/ 3x5 offset. Most of the 12" wheels I saw in buggies were offset. They also want me to get 22x11x10 to go with the 10" rims for stability. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

99% certain the 12" are offset, if the outside of rim is deeper than the inside then it's offset. Very few golf cart wheels are center or negative and they would probably work with the lift anyway. The 10" recommendation is old literature.
