What Year Is My Harley Davidson Electric Golf Cart

I have a 1970's Harley Davidson electric golf cart. Don't know what model it is because I can't find a tag on it. The serial number is 8C10777H4 . Any help finding out what model and year? About how far do you have to push the accelerator down before it starts? How do you know when a solenoid is bad? Can a motor go bad for the lower speeds?How do you adjust the brakes? Where can I get a manual for a 1970's Harley cart?

Its somewhere between a 1970-79 (A 1977 I believe) 4-Wheel Electric model DE4. You can get a manual for the cart at buggiesunlimited. You can check the solenoid with a volt meter or by jumping the 2 large terminals.
