What tools for engine rebuild

After camp season I would like to put rings and valves in my 94 CC. I have all the sockets, wrenches, stuff like that. What specialty tools would I need for a job like this? It is using some oil and smokes a little. Also where would be the least expensive place to get them? Might even have to go further. I hope you guys are up for it.

If you are going to take the clutch off you need a puller. Other than that your covered with basic tools.
