What do you guys know about QE chargers?

Just curious, had a guy trying to sell me one, and its nice looking, really small and light compared to the regulars...Thought id see some pros and cons of this thing...was selling it for $250...is that an average price? cheap, expensive?...Thanks
 
I haven't seen one yet but I hear they're very good chargers. Retail price on them is around $400.00 so the one you can get would be a good deal.
