Want 25mph plus 1998 ezgo

I've got a 98 series cart. It is lowered on 205/30/12s has the plum quick bandit upgrade. My neighbor has a stock 48v cart with the speed chip and out runs me. What's my best route? I want 25 mph I do use the cart for pushing my car at the race track so I don't want to lose torque. Alltrax 500amp increase speed? Tell me what I need

The higher amp controller will help a little with torque but not much for speed unless you up the voltage.
I'd go with the Alltrax and up your voltage to 48 volts.
