does anyone know what the voltages should be at the motor terminals of a 1995 txt dcs ? A bunch of new parts but the cart will hardly move .

you should have full pack volts at the motor when the cart is running.

Thank you for your response!! I have 37.5 v at A2 and 30v at A1 on full throttle.

check your motor brushes and brush posts at motor case
