I have found a dealer selling under cart neon kits for carts. They are closing them out They were listed for $99.00 but are now only $39.00! Below is their discription. I found these also on Steves Carts website for $89.00.
They come in five colors with 2-3 ft tubes and 2 four foot tubes. If interested could get them for you at that price plus any shipping cost. If enough are interested, maybe we can get free shipping.

Got the first order of these in today. Wow these are really nice. Have all the brackets wiring, and the rods are 1/2 thick! Going to install one this weekend and see how it looks.
Found this on ebay, same thing for $125.00!

Yea i am going to call and get a yellow set for my yellow cart. When i drive it uptown on parade night, I'll look like a queer at a truck stop.
