ezgo manuf code b0898 has problems with electrc accelleration need troubleshooting chart and or wirring diagram ...........please help

Does the cart have a run tow switch on the controller cover?

when accelerator pedal pushed I hear a clicking sound but no movement . When I move ita little then sometimes it moves (the vehicle )

Okay you have a DCS drive system. There's a troubleshooting guide in the EZGO resource section for the DCS carts. Take a look at that it has test procedures in it.
