Troubleshooting 36V Charger

Does anyone out there have a troubleshooting procedure for the EZGO Textron Total Charge II 36V charger?

What's the problem with the charger?

Just want to make sure that it is working properly. I am in the process of of buying new batteries. Can't afford all of them at once. Two per payday.

Is the charger shutting off at the end of a charge cycle? Normally the only thing that goes bad is the timer board unless they get struck by lightning.

Battery maintenance is the most important thing. Add distilled water as needed and keep all the connections clean and tight...

Are you keeping the new ones hot with a 6 or 12v charger until you install them?

If they're going to be sitting more than a month it's a good idea to charge the batteries every 30 days.

36V charger is not charging. Shows battery voltage on display. I need a troubleshooting tree in order to test and rule our components. Timer working, ac ok, fuses and circuit breaker ok, relay on control board is energizing. EZ-GO Textron Total Charge II.

What's your total battery pack voltage?

It looks like you've tested everything except the diodes. I would clean the contacts on the DC charger plug and the charger receptacle on the cart. Can you try the charger on another cart?
