Troubles with Main Harness

I am working on a 2007 Yamaha G29 YRDE that clicks but doesn't run. Last year I replaced the controller and it seemed to work fine but sometimes if the main plug gets jostled it will cut out.
Is the any service parts in the aftermarket to replace or repair the plug. I have tried many different terminal service tools but can't get the wire terminals out.
I am struggling to find a solution.
 
Don’t those just use the generic 35 pin Amphenol connector? You can buy connector kits with the pins and everything from many online retailers
 
I found the problem was in the throttle wires going into the main plug the orange wire was inly connected by one single strand. I soldered it to a straight pin then stick it into the connector and it works great. The main plug is not serviced by Yamaha.
