I replaced the F & R cables now my cart won't shift into forward. I moved the shifter at the transaxle by hand and the cart still runs in reverse. I would appreciate any help I could get with this problem.

Disconnect the cables and try to shift into forward. You'll need to rotate the driven clutch to get it to move into forward. Sounds like an adjustment at the cables.

Never let a complete dumbass help you get the hard to reach nuts and bolts. He did not tighten the nut enough that holds the shifter to the transaxle. Now it runs great and shifts great.
