I have a 91 EZGo that came with the above charger, I need a owners manual for it. Where can I get one and how do I tell if this is an automatic or not?

Ok now I know it is NOT automatic. How do I use this thing? How long do I turn it on for? Will it overcharge my batteries? Sorry for so many questions but batteries are too expensive to blow up and have to replace.
