Tires for Lifted Golf Cart With Street Tread

I have a 1994 Club Car golf cart that's lifted. The tires that are on there now are 22x9x8 ATV tires.I want to put a sawtooth tread on because I drive it on blacktop not off road and would like a street tire tread. What size golf cart tire could I use that is around the same size that is on there but wont make it look weird.When I looked around for tires it seems that anything over a 20in are off road tread.

Your not going to find what your looking for... You need to look for a Turf Saver or All Trail all terrain tires.
