Tire Rubbing Brake Pedal on My EZGO

Hey guys I'm new here ,Starting out with my txt bought it last year.Painted it threw some hd leafs on it and now upgrading to ss312/14 from wicked .Just installed stereo and speakers,problem im having is brake pedal hitting pods any ideas?

I had custom box made! It fits behind the seat with two speakers forward two backward (5 1/4 " speakers.

if its just the upper left corner of the brake pedal we just cut the corner off... not sure where i have pics anymore on that cart but theres pics on BGW the thread is the 38hp briggs long travel remake or i think clean up job.....
