The Club Steering Wheel Lock for EZGO TXT

Has anyone used the club pedal to steering wheel lock CL303 on a 2003 EZGO TXT cart? Not sure if it fits or if I would need to go with the larger CL505. Considering a claw type as well if you have any recommendations, but would rather not spend over $40, the club claw xl is listed at $80.

I don't believe it's long enough to used between the steering wheel and pedal, but I know people that use it between the steering wheel and seat back supports.
