Taylor Dunn Circuit Breaker?

Is this what’s called the circuit breaker on an early 70’s Taylor Dunn? It’s been bypassed, I think because the previous guy was charging 2 at a time with a 12v charger.

Yes Taylor Dunn called it a circuit breaker and it was optional. Here's a link to a wiring diagram.
