Tach and Speedometer on a 2-stroke EZGO

Is it possible to put a tach on a 2-stroke EZGO engine? How would it work? I currently have no governer on my 244 Robin, and want to be able to monitor the RPM's. I am also looking for a cheap speedometer for the same golf cart. Bike computer?? I have no idea! LOL

Any info would be greatly appreciated!!
