switch to power wise charger

Im trying to switch my 94 ez go to a powerwise charger,, the power wise charger has the
red wire and does anyone know where to run the red wire to ... the original charger did not
have the red wire

The red wire, smaller in size, is there as a safety device to keep the cart from moving while the charger is attached. You can fold it out of the way in the housing or cut and tape it. Just be careful not to drive off with the charger attached.
