Summit II Charger

Is there a a way to get the manufacture date on a Summit II charger to see if it is under warranty? I have emailed and called Lester for a week with no response. Charger shows AC power when plugged in but will not kick on to charge. Also, the Bluetooth will not connect to see if any faults are showing up. There are no flashing lights for a code either. Just the solid blue light.

Yes. It has the ring terminals to connect to batteries. I’ve cleaned those and also took the black box off the charger itself, removed the cables, cleaned the connections, and put it back together.
