Post em if you got them. Yea.......listen to me....I need to get out and do more cartin myself. Had to go to a family reunion in destin Fl last week. Would have been great to have the cart there, I saw lots of street legal carts rollin.

I'm headed for the lake this weekend after my root canal.

I've been taking a lot of pics but haven't brought the camera home to transfer them to the computer. After the 4th of July weekend I'll have to get on it lmao...

Do you guys own property at these grounds? Looking at some of the sites it looks like their perminant with the buildings, decks etc. We dont have that kind of stuff down here that I know of. At the end of the weekend you pack your crap and go unless you have rented a site for the summer but only a small amount of campgrounds let you do this and you cant put up building or decks.

Oops I posted this in the wrong thread

It's easy HRC, you hold the camera with your left hand and drive the cart with your right hand. The beer stays in the cup holder for this kind of work...

HD springs are not THAT bad. At least, not for my load!

These are seasonal leases. Trailer MUST have the wheels retained, no foundations allowed. Decks no larger than 400 sq.ft., and must freestand on the ground without footings. Sheds up to 10x12x12, same specs as the decks. All waste water is collected onsite and pumped out by the Honey wagon when needed. We do not own the land (no taxes to pay) and we can be thrown out with 24 hours notice. That is why I am particular about who visits us for the weekend. I sure don't want the guy from shipping coming here and getting all stupid and making my summer home disappear, ya know?

At the same time, management likes us (and all 6 other families in our group) and they take good care of us.

So they will let you have a yearround lease and you can leave your stuff there until you decide to move then tear it down?

Some of those sites are pretty permanent looking. Must be a good place, looks like people stay.

More great vids gornoman. is there a lot of cart traffic on the weekends, does it get crazy? I live on a state route, pretty low traffic which is cool, but illegal to cruse the street, everyone does it.

Here's a few pic I took Sunday at the lake. It rained a bit so I cleared out a spot in the barn. I really need to work on the barn, but unfortunately the foundation is crumbling. Cool barn though. I was looking around at the old furniture in the loft, flashed the light in the corner and heard a loud hiiiiilisssssssssssssssssssss (Snake sound

) for real, did it again, so I turned around and exited the barn, it quit raining anyways. quite the adrenalin rush

Thanks guys. We would like to save the barn, we'll see how it goes. If we have to tear it down, we will make big $$ on the side boards. People love to make stuff out of old barn wood. We would rather save it if at all possible.

My son and I are into the martial arts and our instructer has written a movie over the years. We are going to start to filming the movie this fall. It ought to be a blast. I'm going to play a bounty hunter being an old guy and all. The name of the movie is Talos. We plan on filming part of it at our property and there is going to be a barn scene.

The lease runs from April to October. From October to April they charge us $50 Winter Stotage fee. We have access to the property during the off-season, but there is no water, and if they shut down the power to work on the lines or whatever that means no heat.

Weekends are usually pretty busy, holidays are insane! We just spent the last 11 days there and it sure was quiet monday thru thursday. I drove the Z06 into town for the parade on the 4th. Pix to follow.
