Cart will be driving fine but after a full parking brake stop, it begins to stutter and vibrate heavily when gas pedal is depressed in F o R and eventually just gives out of steam and stops completely. Checked to make sure brake was not still depressed but cart still hangs and hesitates as if something is holding it. Doesn't happen every time I drive it but more and more often lately. Cart is older cart - late 96 or 98 model.

Have you tested the batteries? Also take a look at all your cable connection to make sure they're clean and tight. Does the cart roll freely?
