Hey guys, I have a custom golf cart shop called Kool Kustom Ridez, and I have a lot of people looking for street legal golf carts right now. Does anyone know what the state laws are for Arkansas? Also, I have heard that I can't sell street legal golf carts, NEVs, or LSVs without a used car sales license. Is this true? If so, can I make it street legal with the exclusion of, say, a license plate holder, and therefore sell it as a golf cart that isn't street legal? Then my customers can add that and register it? Any info would be greatly appreciated! Y'all are awesome!
