stock motor w 650 controller

Will a 650amp alltrax controller burn up a stock series motor? Right now I've got the "Beast" motor on my cart w the 650amp controller. I have great tourque but no speed what so ever. If i switch back to the stock motor, do yall think i will have problems? Already have 2 Ga cables, HD solinoid and F&R.

The beast motor was designed for slow speed/max torque.
With a 650 amp controller you will have the ability to cook a stock motor if it is subjected to extreme loading like up extreme hills or stuck in the mud.
