I searched around on other posts but no one really answered this one. I bought a set of OEM replacement headlights for my CC and of course they don't come with a template. Anyone have this template around or have a success story getting one from a cart company? My cart is a 2003 CC Pathway that was sold off to a local course. They put a new cowl on it and chucked the old one with the lights (no night golf I guess.) At least they left all the wiring! Thanks.

Strech Plastics does have one. I used the "C-5-23" template. It wasn't a direct match, but it was a great starting point. The hole you cut out in the paper template fits the lights, but when you wrap the 2D paper on the 3D body you need to trim a little more off for the light to fit right. I drilled a couple holes in the body, then cut out the rest with a jigsaw. Then I did the final fitting with a rasp and a level to get it all straight. Took 2 hours to fit the first one tonight. I think I'll save the second one for tomorrow.
