Steering/Suspension? issues

This is on a 04 CC precedent with Jakes 6" spindle lift. The lift and new wheels were installed shortly before the problem started. There is looseness where the arrows in the pic are showing on both sides of the cart. You can feel and hear the looseness when hitting bumps.

I guess you call that where the clevis and the control arm assembly meet. Is the rubber piece in there called the bushing? Is this something that would be worn out and need replacing at 5yrs?

yes they are bushing, note the rust. at some point the bolts
were loose. the updated bushings will be gray, the originals black
hard to tell from picture. you will need 12 bushing to replace all.

I received the bushings kit (6700 precedent control arm) that includes 12 of them today and I'll be changing them out. Local shop wanted $73 for it and I found it for $45 on web.
