Steering help???

I have a question about my steering. I have installed the 6" spindle lift from Buggies Unlimited and after everything was complete I noticed that my steering was very out of balance. I could turn only about 3/4 turn to the right while making nearly 2 full turns to the left. In other words I can only get about 3/4 of a revolution out of my steering wheel to the right but almost unlimited to the left. It appears that the tie rod binds up going to the right with the addition of the lift spindles. I have double checked that my wheel is centered before assembly and done all I know to do. Has anyone else seen this problem or have any suggestions as to what I need to do? Something is deffinatly not right and its not too far from spring. Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

Contact the experts at BU and they should be able to talk you through the problem? Let us know what you found that worked so some one else will not go through the same problem.

Well I am still working with Buggies Unlimited on this issue. Apparently there is an issue with the spindle lift on newer carts. They do have a "fix" for it and send it out free of charge to those needing it. It is a heim joint that replaces the standard ball joint on the drag link from the steering box. It has a spacer to raise the link about 3/4 of an inch. The problem is the link is at to severe of an angle with the stock ball joint. I have installed the heim, and gained in my steering. However now my spindle contacts the upper A-arm. I am receiving a new passenger side spindle from BU now as they think I may have an issue there.
I will keep you posted on the progress.

I've seen a few other people having the same problem with the BuggiesUnlimited Club Car spindle lift. Good luck and let us know if the new spindle corrects the problem...
